Budtt Farm Villa

Cross the grassy lawn and enter the house and you will find the bedroom on one side of the living area. It has one king bed for two guests. There is a sofa bed too where a third guest can sleep. The room has a large wardrobe and a wonderful antique chest of drawers. Bedside tables have reading lamps, so you can catch up on your reading and slowly doze off to sleep.

Paintings decorate the walls. Large windows and a high ceiling flood the room with natural light and allow the fresh village air coming through the trees to provide natural ventilation. There is air-conditioning too. The bathroom has his/her sinks and a shower. Towels and toiletries are provided.

The Budtt Farm Villa is located on a peninsula where the land merges with rice fields and a tea plantation. You will see plenty of trees all around, including banana plantations, coconuts, pepper, pineapple, papaya, jackfruit, and others. There is also an organic vegetable garden. This rental property offers the chance of staying on a working farm and even contributing to its growth to support the local village community. Or else, you can simply relax and watch the activity from under the shade of a tree. You are sure to make friends here, either way.

There is a terrace with an outdoor sitting area, many shaded sitting areas under tall trees, and even a small swimming pool, with everything overlooking the fields. The poolside also has an outdoor dining table.

On entering the Budtt Farm Villa compound, you will walk up to the antique Dutch period double door, which will lead to the sitting area. It has armchairs and a lovely sofa, all with extra cushions for comfort. The room also has an antique table and a study table. A large window provides nature views.

The kitchen and dining areas are both in the other corner of this room. You will find a double-door refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, and a kettle in the kitchen. The breakfast bar has high stools. There is a second dining area outdoors, beside the pool.

The house may only have one bedroom, but it is stocked with everything you need for a luxury stay. All the rooms are air-conditioned. The kitchen has many appliances, pots, and pans. The bathroom has towels and toiletries. Budtt Farm is a self-catering villa in Sri Lanka. A housekeeper will come daily to clean the premises and can also prepare your breakfast. You can also rent a chef for an additional cost.
