With four bedrooms, two on the first floor and two right off the swimming pool, The Summer House is an excellent holiday home for families. The bedrooms all lead directly outside via sliding glass doors where you’ll find a two-seater sitting. The monochromatic bedrooms are furnished with king-sized beds and each room is air-conditioned. Enjoy a relaxing day in your own personal paradise lounging on the bed, basking in the stunning sea view, and either reading or listening to some music for memorable times.
Each bedroom comes accompanied by an en-suite bathroom with concrete-finish tiled walls, a walk-in shower stall, vanity, and other amenities.
The villa features an almost rustic, industrial design with concrete walls and floors, even the pool deck. The swimming pool is elevated at the level of the living room with steps leading to the sandy beach and sea. Overlooking the glistening waters of the sea, the pool deck is where you will find sun chairs for relaxation and sunbathing. The alfresco dining area is surely a picturesque part of the villa with mesmerising proximity to the sea so you can hear the sound of waves while enjoying a hearty breakfast.
The minimal living room is poolside with floor-to-ceiling glass doors separating the two. Furnished with comfortable, plush sofas and rattan chairs, the living room is a great place for everyone to congregate and enjoy some quality moments while catching up on stories, chit-chat, and many a laugh. There are also collection of paintings on the walls from some of Sri Lanka's popular modern and contemporary artists. Keeping with the monochromatic aesthetic, there are cabinets and antiques in black as well as lanterns casting a warm halo illuminating the corners. The simply decorated space is heightened by the fact that it gives you a clear view of the sea out in the front. There is an indoor dining area as well with a large table and cushioned chairs for your comfort so you can relish delicious local food prepared by a professional villa chef.
The villa is fully-staffed with dedicated members who will look after you and your needs during your stay.
