9.2/10Lovely villa. The kitchen is definitely showing signs of wear and tear - it didn’t worry us as we were only there for 4 nights and we ate in the cafe next door which serves lovely food at very reasonable prices. The bedrooms could do with bedside lights and the bathrooms could also do with a freshen up. That said, the villa is in a beautiful setting and the upstairs balcony is a great place for a g and t whilst watching the sun set. We had spent the previous 17 days touring Sri Lanka so it was a perfect place to unwind. A note of caution: the sea is beautifully warm and gorgeous once you’re in but the strong under currents make it a bit tricky getting in and out. The pools are lovely. The staff are very helpful. In summary, if you’re after a few days r&r after travelling this is a perfect solution.
