If there is one place in Hikkaduwa that you should stay on holiday, this is it! Simply amazing service, cleanliness and hospitality. Will certainly recommend it to anyone. PS : Please try the home cooked food by the house keepers. Simply authentic! Thanks to all the team.

Our family really spent great in the beach house! Everything was exactly what we wanted! Mahinda and the staff are wonderful. Sagerika cooked very well and many of the days we chose to have dinner at the house and all of the breakfasts! She can prepare wonderful curries, coconut sambol, hoppers, roti etc. Mahinda made a wonderful trip to Galle and the surrounding area! Night security and pool cleaning staff are good guys too! All the time we spent superb!

If you are looking for a place that is self-contained and right on the beach, then go ahead and book this place! We stayed here for 5 days and had a blast. To start with the property is beachfront, the sparkling pool overlooks the ocean and beach, with comfortable sunbeds, towels and umbrellas to hide away from the warm sun in midday. The kitchen is well equipped and easy to use with 2 fridges, so no problem if you buy a lot of ice like us. The rooms are air conditioned so can get nice and cool! Beds are super comfy after a long day of sun and sand and the bathroom facilities are easy to use with cold and hot water. The property is centrally located and there are many bars, restaurants, clubs, beach bars, surf clubs, shops, coffee shops, local food grocery and of course my favourite....the fish market where we bought fresh seafood every day for the BBQ. I will highly recommend staying here, it is also a 2-hour drive to the airport, mostly on the freeway so you can sleep comfortably all the way!

We had such a fab time, we are already planning our next trip! :-) The villa really has the wow factor when you first arrive and we were all visiting estate agents whilst over there to see if we could also build a villa like yours haha! Mahinda was so helpful and knowledgeable of the area and was able to answer all of our questions! We had a barbecue two nights (I NEVER eat seafood but I actually really enjoyed the shrimps and fish!) I could go on and on about how much of a great time we had!

It's an amazing villa on the Beach near shops restaurants. Communication with Gavin and Mahinda was very easy. I will stay here again!
